Are you a sales enabler who enjoys demand generation and onboarding new customers?

At Sensient, the Inside Sales Representative role is a selling function whose primary duties includes both email and direct telephone contact with customers and occasional, field visits to key accounts.  

What you’ll do:

• You will play a key role in qualifying customer information, maintaining a sales pipeline, implementing sales strategies, pricing, preparing quotations, communicating appropriate information to management, and maintaining related records and customer files.
• You will focus on, initiate, and maintain sales and service with existing and potential customers for our pharmaceutical markets in North America.
• You will work cross-functionally with our R&D, Commercial, Operational and Service teams.

What you’ll bring:

• A university degree in business or the sciences
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, experience in B2B sales (ingredient, pharma or specialty chemical preferred), and technical acumen
• Excellent organization and project management skills, customer service and results orientation.
• Experience in CRM/Salesforce a plus
