We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative Trainee to join our team in the Philippines. This 24-month development program is designed to prepare you for a successful career in field technical/sales through rotations across various departments. The program provides the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience needed to progress into a Sales Account Manager or an or Applications Technologist role with Sensient Philippines. The departmental rotations include:

• Technical Training in the applications lab
• Sales Support
• Marketing
• Customer Service & Supply Chain
• Operations

This exciting opportunity is 100% office-based at our Biñan City in Laguna, Philippines office.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• No sales experience required. You need to bring a drive to win, and a curious mind.
• Candidates must be interested in developing a career in professional sales or technical in a customer facing role.
• Commitment to completing the training program and career continuation with the company afterwards.

What does a Sales Account Manager do for Sensient?

The Sales Account Manager is a professional salesperson with the objective to maximize sales volume and gross margin, for all of our product lines. This includes achieving the territory sales plan while accomplishing good will and enhancing the Sensient Corporate Image with all customers and prospects. Our Sales Account Managers are responsible for winning new accounts and growing existing business. Account Managers are required to travel throughout their assigned territory several days per week.

What does a Applications Technologist do for Sensient?

An Applications Technologist carries out projects involving flavors and colors in order to develop the in-house knowledge of technology and applications. This role also promotes and builds new sales and reinforce existing ones by providing technical service to clients and prospects and performs flavors and colors application of sweet, beverage, confectionery and bakery products for client projects and proactive innovations and trends.

This serves as the company's production, technical and applications, and service center for the dynamic Philippine market for colors and flavors. The site, which is an accredited Silliker Gold standard included stringent procedures and documentation for, but not limited to, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and HACCP, includes its own warehouse, office, and applications laboratories.
