Realizar el seguimiento y verificación a las limpiezas realizadas de los equipos y áreas de Sensient Flavors & Extracts Latam planta Celaya, así como garantizar la calidad, legalidad e inocuidad de los productos fabricados
ACTIVIDADES
Actividades Administrativas
Registro de actividades en formatos aprobados vigentes.
Actividades en Piso
- Cumplimiento a las normas de Buenas Practicas de Manufactura y Seguridad de Sensient.
- Realizar recorridos para la inspección de las Buenas Practicas de Manufactura en las áreas operativas y del personal.
- Liberar la limpieza de los equipos de forma visual, pH, ATP y en caso de aplicar detección de trazas de proteínas (Alérgenos o GMO).
- Tomas hisopos de microbiología para el monitoreo ambiental con frecuencias semanal, quincenal y después de la limpieza.
- Tomar hisopos de seguimiento en caso de ocurrir una desviación en el monitoreo ambiental.
- Tomar hisopados mensuales de manos y calzado al personal sindicalizado.
- Sanitización del ambiente.
- Verificar la concentración de los químicos utilizados para las limpiezas de áreas y equipos.
- Preparar y proporcionar los detergentes para las limpiezas de los equipos.
- Preparar sanitizante para el saneamiento de los equipos.
- Manejar el inventario de los químicos de limpieza y seguir las PEPS.
- Abastecer los tower y estaciones de servicio de sanitizantes y detergentes, así como verificar sus concentraciones.
- Delimitar el zoning dentro de las áreas para los equipos que apliquen.
- Recibir certificados de limpieza, tomar hisopos para microbiología y liberación de las pipas de maquila.
- Impartir inducciones de BPM’S al personal contratista de nuevo ingreso.
- Realizar acompañamiento al proveedor de manejo integral de plagas en la fumigación preventiva mensual.
Recibir y atender a los proveedores en ausencia del supervisor de sanidad.
Actividades Complementarias
Capacitación: debe participar de manera entusiasta en cada evento de capacitación al que sea convocado. Las actividades que realiza requieren en diferente medida conocimientos sobre temas de seguridad e higiene, inocuidad, seguridad alimentaria, mantenimiento básico y principios de funcionamiento para procesos y equipos. El desarrollo de conocimiento es parte fundamental en el crecimiento del individuo y de la empresa.
Comisiones: como empresa, frecuentemente se desarrollan proyectos multidisciplinarios para la mejora continua, procurando así el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.

- Seguridad e higiene industrial.
- Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura.
- Microbiología básica
- Limpieza y sanitización en industria de alimentos.
- Compromiso en el seguimiento de normas y políticas establecidas: Código de Conducta, Política Antisoborno, Reglamento Interno, Política de Calidad e Inocuidad, Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura y Política de Defensa Alimentaria. Mediante la detección y reporte de situaciones inusuales para evitar la contaminación y adulteración malintencionada.
